  2. Client Responsibilities: Obligations of the Client, such as attending scheduled appointments and providing accurate information regarding any allergies or sensitivities. On occasion, paying a deposit for specified services outlined by your hair stylist.

  3. Compensation: Agreed-upon payment structure, including service fees, deposits, and cancellation policies.

  4. Performance: Halo House Salon will perform services to the best of its ability, but makes no guarantees regarding specific results, as outcomes can vary depending on individual hair and individual skin characteristics.

5. Limitation of Liability

Halo House Salon shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Website or services. This includes but is not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses. 6. Indemnity and Dispute Resolution

If mediation fails to resolve the dispute, either party may then pursue legal action, but only within the state or federal courts located within Santa Clara County, California. This provision does not limit Halo House Salon's right to seek injunctive relief in court to prevent irreparable harm, pending mediation.
