Halo House Policies

By scheduling an appointment with Halo House Salon, you agree to these terms.

 

1. Cancellation

We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide us with a 48-hour notice. Cancellations made within 48 hours may incur a charge of 50% of the service fee. Appointments cancelled within less than 24 hours (same day) are subject to be charged 100% of the scheduled service. No call and no shows are subject to be charged 100% of the scheduled service. As a courtesy, our booking software will send text and/or email reminders 72 hours and 24 hours before your appointment.

2. Late Arrival

Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full benefit of your service. Contact the salon or reach out to your stylist directly if you anticipate being late to your appointment. Late arrivals beyond 15 minutes may be subject to cancellation as well as same day cancellation fees (up to 100% of your scheduled service fees). Your stylists may provide alternatives for services to accommodate a late arrival.

3. Payments

We accept all major credit cards, cash, and digital payments. A valid credit card is required to book appointments. Prices listed do not include taxes or gratuities.

4. Deposits

To secure an extension appointment, a $600 deposit is required. This deposit reserves your appointment time and date, ensuring that your stylist is fully prepared for your service. The deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your appointment. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable but transferable if rescheduling is necessary within our policy guidelines.

5. Service Guarantee, Refunds, and Adjustments

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your service, please let us know before leaving the salon or contact us within 7 days of your appointment. We do not offer refunds on services rendered but will work with you to ensure you are happy with your experience. If your hair has been altered by another salon or yourself, you may be subject to pay full price for additional services.

5. Children

For the safety and comfort of all clients, children under the age of 12 are not permitted in the salon unless they have an appointment and are accompanied by an adult.

6. Health and Safety

Your health and safety are important to us. We adhere to strict sanitation and hygiene protocols. If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment to help us maintain a healthy environment for everyone. Our team is committed to working with you to reschedule your appointment if you or someone close to you have been exposed to illness.

7. Booking

Book your appointments easily online or by calling us directly. A credit card is required to hold your appointment. New clients may be asked for a deposit at the time of booking.

8. Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. They can be used toward any service or product purchase in the salon.

9. Product Return Policy

We accept returns on unopened products within 14 days of purchase.
